With a remarkable career spanning over 15 years in the cannabis industry, Randall Jenkins has navigated the diverse landscapes of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Florida. His expertise encompasses the management of indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse cultivation operations, where he has successfully implemented Fertigation programs, SOPs, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs, and more for multiple facilities.

Randall’s journey has been marked by involvement in groundbreaking research and development for breeding programs, as well as the establishment of extraction labs. He has played a key role in the design and construction of grow spaces and buildings, collaborating with real estate firms to facilitate commercial grows.

Beyond his professional roles, Randall has been a passionate advocate for cannabis reform and deregulation, dedicating his time to events not only in Ohio but across the entire East Coast. The turning point in his dedication to cannabis came in 2012 when he tragically lost a loved one to cancer. This personal experience ignited a profound commitment to sharing the wealth of knowledge and the love associated with this remarkable plant.

Currently serving as the Cultivation and Extraction Professor at the Cleveland School of Cannabis, Randall’s mission is to empower the next generation of cannabis professionals. Through student enrichment programs, extracurricular events, and more, he strives to provide as much knowledge as possible. Every step in his journey is driven by the desire to contribute to a community that understands the healing potential of cannabis. Since his loss in 2012, Randall has encountered countless stories of lives transformed by this plant, each narrative as awe-inspiring as the first.

Dr. Bridget Williams

Dr. Bridget Williams is an established board-certified family physician and the founder and medical director of Green Harvest Health, a medical cannabis clinic located in Pickerington, OH. Green Harvest Health is the only medical cannabis and life coaching office in Ohio. Dr. Williams brings nearly 20 years of experience in family medicine from The Cleveland Clinic and certifications in life and cannabis coaching to her practice. Dr. Bridget provides valuable talks on medical cannabis, CBD, life balance, and confidence. In 2019, Dr Bridget branched out into developing her own line of CBD products as well as white labeling and CBD product development for other businesses. When not seeing patients, Dr. Bridget hosts a CBD education series, and a holistic wellness series and is teaching faculty at the Cleveland School of Cannabis. Green Harvest Health has been featured on Daytime Columbus, the Columbus Dispatch, Ellementa, That Stoner Show, Success Women’s Conference Medicate Ohio, and other local and national platforms. Dr. Williams is the founder and CEO of the nonprofit GHH Community Foundation. Lindsay Shupert

Lindsey Shupert is a highly qualified botanist and instructor for the Introduction to Cannabis Cultivation at Cannabis Hub. Her academic background includes a Master of Science in Plant Biology from Southern Illinois University, with coursework in plant physiology, genetics, molecular biology, and ecosystem ecology. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biology from the same institution.

In addition to her academic achievements, Lindsey has contributed to research and publications in her field, notably in journals such as Chemosphere and Plants. She has received research grants and awards for her work, further demonstrating her expertise and dedication to plant biology.

Lindsey’s practical experience includes serving as a crew leader for an ecological restoration project and working as an owner of a land management and consulting company. She has also served as a teaching assistant and laboratory instructor at Southern Illinois University, where she independently taught various college-level laboratory courses, managed materials, and ensured safety protocols.

Lindsey Shupert is highly qualified to teach cannabis cultivation at Cannabis Hub, due to her extensive academic background, research contributions, and practical experience.

Zach Simcoe

Zach attended Ohio University where he studied Botany and Business Management. His educational foundation in botany provides him with a strong understanding of plant biology, which is directly applicable to cannabis cultivation.   Zach gained hands-on experience in the horticultural industry as a Sales Associate at Magic Home Gardens. This experience provided him with valuable insights into plant care, cultivation techniques, and customer service. In addition, he is an expert in the field of cannabis cultivation, as demonstrated by his role as an instructor at the Cleveland School of Cannabis.

Meredith Hundley

Lisa is a well-known cultivator of cannabis and the creator of the popular “Mamas Chili Bomb” strain (Head Space x Cherry Bomb). Her expertise in cannabis cultivation is exceptional, and she has successfully distributed and grown her unique strains in eight different countries. Lisa’s experience in developing distinct and exceptional cannabis strains makes her a valuable instructor in the cannabis industry. For more than five years, Lisa served as the YouTube Moderator for the highly successful cannabis educational series “Hash Church,” alongside Marcus Richardson. Aka Bubbleman’s World.

Nick Halkides

Educational Background: Nick’s academic achievements include a Post Graduate Certificate in Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, demonstrating expertise in manufacturing process improvement, continuous improvement, and project management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Baldwin Wallace University, where he conducted independent lab research and earned various scholarships, showcasing his strong analytical skills.

 

Work Experience: Nick works for Ayr Wellness Inc., where he currently holds the position of Director of Production, overseeing operational functions and processes for the entire state of Ohio. He has also served as a Formulations Manager at Vireo Health, Inc., managing lab equipment, chemical analysis, and validation of extraction methods.

Chef Linda Berry

Chef Linda Berry is an international chef, plant forward STEM educator, workforce development trainer, public speaker, and adjunct cannabis culinary instructor.

Through her classes and pop-up events, she curates’ experiences that blend together her love of people, teaching, vibrant locally crafted dishes inspired by her international travel, and classic training to create one of a kind experiences for the local family to celebrities like Diddy and Dave Chappelle alike.

A dedicated community chef, Chef Berry has spent the last decade partnering with urban farms and community organizations such as the YMCA, Girl Scouts, and United way to bring nutrition forward, budget friendly culinary classes to underserved and food insecure populations. In the same way, she has spent the last 5 years educating various communities on the benefits and incorporation of cannabis into their diets.

She recently became one of, if not, the first chefs in Ohio to be granted the opportunity to teach classes on the benefits of incorporating CBD into food in conjunction with one of the largest colleges
in the state.
