CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The enrollment may be canceled within five (5) calendar days after course enrollment, provided that the Cannabis Hub is notified of the cancellation in writing. If such cancellation is made, the Cannabis Hub will promptly refund in full all fees paid pursuant to the enrollment and the refund shall be made no later than thirty days after cancellation. This provision shall not apply if the student has already started the course. Refunds for Course Payments shall be made in accordance with the following provisions:
- A student who starts a course and withdraws before the course is 50% completed will be obligated to pay 50% of the refundable fees.
- A student who starts a course and withdraws after the course is 50% completed will not be entitled to a refund of the fees for the course.
Refunds shall be calculated based on the last date of attendance or participation in an academic school activity. Cannabishub shall make the appropriate refund within thirty (30) days of the date of the withdrawal or termination.
